Shopping at THE WAREHOUSE CURTAINS ONLINE
- How do I know if the product is available?
- If a product can be ordered on our website, it is available. Due to issues out of our control exceptions may occur, but should this happen we will contact you immediately.
- I have seen some curtains for sale in THE WAREHOUSE stores but I can’t find them on the website?
- Some of our curtains are only available in store, these are one off promotional offers with limited availability.
- I bought some curtains from THE WAREHOUSE in the past. I can not find them on the website. Do you still supply these curtains?
- We are constantly updating our range of curtains and drapes to keep in line with current styles and trends. If you can not find your desired design online unfortunately it will mean that this product is no longer available.
- Are online prices the same as store prices?
- There could be instore only specials which are not available online from time to time.
- Are all items in THE WAREHOUSE CURTAIN/DRAPE DEPARTMENT available to buy online?
- No – sometimes we can offer our customers one off special promotional products that can only be purchased from one of our stores. Stock is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
- I have seen a promotional price/offer for your curtains in the store? Is this available on the website?
- No – Currently in store offers are not available online, unless otherwise stated.
- Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
- No – this option is currently not available.
- Do you have a catalogue, which can be mailed to me?
- No – we do not offer a paper catalogue because we are constantly updating our range of curtains and drapes to keep in line with current styles and demand. But you can view the full range on this web site.
