Managing your order
- Where is my order?
- Ready-made & Sheers orders will be despatched within a couple of days of receipt of order. Ezisize orders will be despatched within 10 working days. This does not include courier time. Room by Room orders will be despatched from our factory between 10 to 15 working days, depending on demand. This does not include the time necessary for courier delivery.
- Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
- No – once an order has been placed, the order can not be cancelled.
- How do I query a website order?
- Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your Reference Order Number.
- Can I change/add to my order?
- No – once an order has been placed, the order can not be changed or added to. But at any stage you can place another new order online.
- Was the order that I placed yesterday received?
- Once you have placed an order – a confirmation email will be sent to your selected email address, this will confirm we have received an order.
- If the design or size I want is not available will it be placed on backorder?
- If the product is out of stock it will not appear on the website. You can contact customer services for an ETA, or for ordering a special size see our EZISize section online.
- Do your prices include GST?
- Yes all our prices include standard GST.
- How do I get a GST receipt?
- Once you have placed your order, the GST Number will be included on the emailed order confirmation.
